Cancellation Policy – Tanzania Group Safaris
Guest-Initiated Cancellations
- More than 45 days before safari start:
Full refund minus bank and administrative fees - 30–45 days before safari start:
25% cancellation fee - 15–29 days before safari start:
50% cancellation fee - 14 days or less:
100% cancellation fee (no refund)
No-Show
Failure to arrive on the confirmed start date or early departure is treated as a no-show with no refund.
Minimum Group Numbers
If minimum numbers are not met, Expanse Africa may:
- Offer an alternative date
- Offer a revised price
- Offer a full refund
Force Majeure
In cases beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, airline changes), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer credit, subject to supplier policies.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14–30 business days.
